Refund Policy:
Due to this event being held to raise funds for charities and given the upfront costs, permitting, and planning, there are no refunds given.
In the event the race should be canceled for reasons beyond the control of the Race Committee (inclement weather or unsafe weather conditions; local, state or national emergency), refunds will not be made.
The Race Committee will evaluate if the date of the event can change and reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
Deferred runners from last year are deferred to the next race.
Tour De Worcester:
Tour monies are not refunded by WFD6K, we only handle our race. Please talk to each race regarding their portion of the tour.
